We’ll be dropping 1 recipe each week until Feb 14th, and we’re starting with a punch recipe to set the tone for a sweet and bubbly event.

First up, the drink

Perhaps you’ve heard of Rainbow Punch, Sherbet Pink Punch, Lemon-Lime Punch, etc. With countless variations, it goes by many names depending on what flavor of sherbet and soda you combine to create a fun, frothy, two-layered drink kids and adults will love!

It’s easy, fast, and crowd-pleasing. You can serve it individually or dump all the ingredients in a large punch bowl and have guests serve themselves.

Try adding some free-dried raspberries; they make the perfect addition to this punch and make a beautiful presentation; they also have an incredibly long shelf life and make delicious snacks while preparing the rest of the meal. Yum.

What do you think?

Have you ever made this punch? Do you have a different drink you like to make?
