3/4 cup melted (using THRIVE Butter Powder) |
PREPARATION:
Melt butter and cool. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set whites aside. Mix yolks, milk and vanilla in a large bowl, then add cooled butter. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until combined, then fold in egg whites and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
